As I have mentioned in the previous posts (here) and (here), I was ignorant of the existence of Palestinian Christians until I read Munther Isaac’s The Other Side of the Wall a few years ago. Here is an example from this week of the consequences of assuming there are none in Palestine, or none in Gaza.
