Upcoming Retreat: Grace That Grows

November 11, 2015 Daniel Harris

Set the tone for your holiday season.

Take time for a short yet restful and helpful retreat on the weekend prior to Thanksgiving. This is the first in our cycle of retreats though our Spiritual Formation Center of First United Methodist Church of Midland, which each focus on a different aspect of growing our lives with God–with a Wesleyan perspective.

This retreat explores the central beliefs of grace, salvation, and faith, and how they allow us to set the stage for a full life with God and others.

Comments From Previous Participants:

"All three sessions worked off of each other. In some ways, I'm hearing the 'Good News' for the first time: we can experience eternal life and live/participate in God's kingdom right now!"

"I went away with curiosity and desire to study and investigate more about grace, salvation and faith and how they interact in my life."

"I am looking forward to going back to San Angelo for the next retreat! I always enjoy them–the relaxing pace and the quiet."
